NOTIFICATION OF TRANSCATIONS BY PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Millennium & Copthorne Hotels plc ("the Company") has been notified that on 8 October 2010, Lawrence Yip has been allotted 41 shares in the Company at a price of 482.92 pence per share under the Company's Scrip Dividend arrangements.
Following this transaction, Mr Yip's beneficial interest in the Company's shares is 9,759 representing 0.003% of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital.
