Transactions by person discharging managerial responsibilities
Exercise of Executive Share Options and sale of Shares
Stagecoach Group plc ("the Company") has been notified of the following transactions in the securities of the Company by a person discharging managerial responsibilities. The transactions have been notified in accordance with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, DTR 3.1.4R(1)(a).
The Company received notification today (8 July 2008) that the undermentioned employee today exercised Executive Share Options over Ordinary Shares of 56/57th pence each in the Company and subsequently sold those shares.
