Notification of Transactions of Persons Discharging Management Responsibilities or Connected Persons
Balfour Beatty plc ("the Company") was informed on 1 April 2009 by Capita Share Plan Services that on 31 March 2009, each of the following Persons Discharging Management Responsibilities ("PDMRs") acquired, for nil consideration, the number of 50p Ordinary Shares in the Company shown below against his name following the release of awards made under the Company's Deferred Bonus Scheme 2006:
