Directors' Shareholdings
Tristel plc ("Tristel" or the "Company"), the manufacturer of infection control, contamination control and hygiene products, announces that the Company has been informed that Paul Swinney, Chief Executive Officer, today bought 1,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the share capital of Tristel ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 35p per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction, Mr Swinney now holds 1,093,742 Ordinary Shares, representing 2.74% of the issued share capital of the Company.
