CVS, one of the UK's leading providers of integrated veterinary services, announces that it was notified on 6 October 2022 that the wife of Richard Gray, Non-executive Director of the Company purchased a total of 1,000 ordinary shares of 0.2p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on the same date.
As a result, Mr Gray's total interest in the Company, including his wife's holdings, is now 6,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.008% per cent of the total voting rights of the Company. The notification below, made in accordance with the requirements of UK MAR, provides further detail.
