Diversified Gas & Oil plc (AIM: DGOC), the U.S. based owner and operator of natural gas, natural gas liquids, and oil wells and midstream assets, announces that on 22 April 2020, David Turner, Non-executive Director of the Company, acquired 177,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") through the market at an average price of 88.8 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this purchase, David Turner is now interested in 247,000 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.04% of the Company's issued share capital.
