NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS BY PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Under the notification required by DTR 3.1.2R, Millennium & Copthorne Hotels plc (“the Company”) has been notified on 13 May 2008 that Richard Hartman, Chief Executive Officer, acquired 20,000 ordinary 30p shares in the Company in London on 12 May 2008 at a price of £4.0575 per share.
Following this transaction, Mr Hartman's beneficial interest in the Company's shares is 20,000 representing 0.007% of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital.
