Omega Diagnostics Group PLC11 March 2008 Omega Diagnostics Group PLC ("Omega" or "the Company") Directors Shareholdings Omega Diagnostics Group PLC announces that on 11 March 2008 Andrew Shepherd,Chief Executive of the Company, purchased 16,129 Ordinary Shares of 4p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of 31p each, taking his totalholding to 918,697 Ordinary Shares, representing 6.18% of the total issued sharecapital of the Company. Further to RNS No. 2672P issued on 4 March the Company confirms that thepurchase price of the shares bought by David Evans, Non-Executive Chairman was28p.
