SABMiller plc was notified on 28 January 2015 that Mr JS Wilson, a Director, had on 27 January 2015 exercised an option to purchase 32,193 SABMiller ordinary shares at an option price of £22.40 per share.

32,193 ordinary shares in the Company were subsequently sold at a price of £34.5246 per share on 27 January 2015 in London.
