As a result of this purchase, the EBT now holds 633,788 Shares(1.38%) of the Company's issued share capital. As potential beneficiaries ofthe EBT, all Directors and PDMR of the Company are treated as interested intransactions by the EBT. Share Purchase by PDMR On Friday 30 June 2006 David Bell purchased 17,046 Shares (0.04%) at 879p perShare.
