Schroders plc
In compliance with Rule 3.1.2R of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, Schroders plc was notified on 15 February 2011 that the following Directors and PDMRs of Schroders plc acquired ordinary shares of £1 each, with voting rights attached, in Schroders plc as a result of a monthly purchase of shares under the Company's Share Incentive Plan on 10 February 2011.
