Directors' Shareholding

The Company has today been informed that Grahame Rummery, Chief Executive has today acquired 6,500 ordinary shares of 10p each (representing approximately 0.06 percent of the Autoclenz issued share capital) at a price of 47p per share. His holding including shares held in the name of Mrs Rummery now stands at 50,660 shares (representing approximately 0.49 percent of the Company's issued share capital).
