Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Board of Altitude Group plc, a leading promotional products business, has been informed that on 27October 2010, Vivienne Blumfield, Executive Director, purchased 5,000 ordinary shares of 0.4p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 16.45p per share and 25,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 15.9p per share.

Following these transactions, Mrs Blumfield has a total beneficial holding in the Company of 60,000 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.16 per cent. of the issued share capital.
