Pursuant to the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, DTR3.1, F&C Commercial Property Trust Limited announces that the following beneficial holding of ordinary shares was acquired by Mr Jonathan Hooley, a non-executive Director of the Company, on 06 December 2012.

80,000 ordinary shares at 102.5p representing 0.0108% of the Company's issued share capital. The shares are registered in the name of Huntress (CI) Nominees Limited.

Following the transaction, Mr Hooley is the beneficial holder of a total of 140,000 ordinary shares representing 0.0189% of the Company's issued share capital.
