NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS

In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4R(1), the Company announces that notification was received on 12 January 2015 that, Tim Baxter, a PDMR of the Company acquired an interest in 2,000 ordinary shares of US2.00 each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at price of 141.5p per Ordinary Share on 30 December 2014.

As a result of the above, Tim Baxter now has an interest in 2,249 Ordinary Shares.
