Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company was notified yesterday that Rodney Kettel, Non Executive Director of the Company, had on that day sold 10,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 275.5 pence per share.

As a result of this transaction, Rodney Kettel has a beneficial interest in 15,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.1% of the issued share capital of the Company.
