Director Increases Shareholding through Exercise of Options
Stock Spirits Group PLC announces that, on 18 March 2020, Miroslaw Stachowicz, Chief Executive Officer, increased his shareholding in the Company by exercising vested options under the Group Performance Share Plan. Mr Stachowicz exercised options over 416,667 shares and increased his total shareholding in the Company by 351,369 shares to a total holding of 472,749, the remaining shares having been sold to cover tax and NIC liabilities and commission charges associated with the options exercise.
