Nasstar plc, the hosted desktop cloud computing provider, announces that on 10th January 2011 Tony Eve, Nasstar's Finance Director, purchased 65,573 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company at a price of 15.25p per share. As a result Tony Eve now holds 241,928 ordinary shares of 1p each representing 0.68% of the issued share capital.
