Notification of Transactions of Directors, Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs")
The information contained in this notification is disclosed in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
On 11 April 2018, Gocompare Group plc granted conditional share awards under the Gocompare Group plc 2016 Deferred Bonus Plan. No consideration was paid for the grant of the awards and no performance conditions are attached to the award.
The first third of the shares will vest and become exercisable on the first anniversary of the grant date, 11 April 2019; the second third of the shares will vest and become exercisable on the second anniversary of the grant date, 11 April 2020; and the remaining shares will vest on the third anniversary of the grant date, 11 April 2021.
