Earthport PLC27 March 2008 27 March 2008 Earthport plc ("Earthport" or the "Company") Directors' Dealings At a Board meeting held earlier today the following grants of options were made: • It was agreed that these options would be granted at the average closing price over the last five trading days. • Mike Harrison will receive a further 4,000,000 options at 65p. These will be added to his initial grant of 2,250,000 options at 35p. • James Bergman will receive 2,750,000 options at 65p. These will be added to his initial grant of 500,000 options at 29p.
