GRANT OF OPTIONS
Lo-Q announces that it has today granted options over 180,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Shares") under the Lo-Q EMI Share Scheme, exercisable at 38.5p per Share, to the Chairman Jeff McManus.
A consideration of £1 was paid in respect of the grant.
The options will vest in four tranches (three tranches of 50,000 Shares and one tranche of 30,000 shares) subject to the achievement of certain performance targets in relation to the average mid-market price of the Company's Shares, on or before 31 December 2011. Any vested options shall expire on the 10th anniversary of grant.
