NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTION OF DIRECTOR/PDMR
MIAMI, June 26 -- Carnival Corporation & plc was notified on June 22, 2009 that Arnold W. Donald., a member of Carnival Corporation & plc's boards of directors, purchased 139 shares of Carnival Corporation common stock at a price of $26.24 (USD) per share through a broker directed transaction in an individual retirement account for the benefit of Mr. Donald. Following this transaction, Mr. Donald owns an aggregate of 9,818 shares of common stock. The shares were purchased on April 3, 2009, but Mr. Donald only became aware of the transaction on June 19, 2009.
This notification relates to disclosures made in accordance with 3.1.4(R)(1)(a) of the Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules.
