Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company was notified on 8 June 2009 that on that day Philip Simon Cammerman, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 3,500 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 185p, and 6,000 Ordinary Shares at 180p.
As a result of this transaction, Philip Cammerman is now interested in 11,500 Ordinary Shares representing 0.10% of the issued share capital of the Company.
