DIRECTORS' DEALINGS

Purchase of shares

On 18 April 2011, Mr Nigel Keen, Chairman of Bioquell PLC ("Bioquell" or the "Company"), informed the Company that he had purchased 20,000 Bioquell ordinary shares ("Shares") at a price of 111p per Share. Following this purchase Mr Keen now owns 92,270 Shares, representing approximately 0.2% of the Company's issued Share capital.

On 18 April 2011, Mr Nicholas Adams, Group Chief Executive of Bioquell, informed the Company that he had purchased 20,000 Shares at a price of 111p per Share. Following this purchase Mr Adams now owns 830,000 Shares, representing approximately 2.0% of the Company's issued Share capital.

On 18 April 2011, Mark Bodeker, Chief Operating Officer and Finance Director of Bioquell informed the Company that he had purchased 7,500 Shares at a price of 111p per Share. Following this purchase Mr Bodeker holds 86,761 Shares representing approximately 0.2% of the Company's issued Share capital.
