DIRECTOR'S DEALING

The Company was notified on 25 April 2016 that Anthony Dalwood, Chairman of the Strategic Equity Investment Committee for Gresham House Asset Management Ltd, the Investment Manager of the Company had, on 20 April 2016 purchased 6,499 ordinary shares of 50 pence each (the "Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 768.799 pence per share.

Following this purchase, Mr Dalwood is interested in 17,610 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.46% of the Company's issued share capital.
