The Company announces that Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer, Rick Medlock, has transferred 1,000,000 ordinary shares of 3 pence each in the Company (ISIN: GB00BYYK2V80) to his spouse and closely associated person, Jane Medlock, on 11 August 2017 for nil consideration.
