In accordance with DTR 3.1.4R the Company announces that Jeremy Townsend (Director and PDMR) has today transferred 24,615 ordinary shares of 8 13/24p each in the Company to his wife, Deepti Townsend, for nil consideration. Jeremy Townsend continues to have an interest in 52,436 ordinary shares of 8 13/24p each in the Company.
