Devro today announces that Steve Hannam, Chairman and PDMR in the Company and his connected persons acquired 94 ordinary share of 10p each in the Company ("Shares") at a price of 247.19p per share. Accordingly, Steve Hannam now has an interest in 132,690 Shares representing 0.08% of the issued share capital of the Company.
