UK SAYE OPTION GRANT TO EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS
This notification is made in accordance with DTR 3.1.4.R.
The following options under The Inmarsat 2014 Sharesave Scheme were made on 30 June 2016 at an option price of £5.68, being 20 per cent less than the average middle market price of the shares derived from the Official List of the London Stock Exchange on the five dealing days prior to the date of invitation.
