Charles Stanley Group PLC13 April 2007 Charles Stanley announces that the Trustees of the Charles Stanley ShareIncentive Plan acquired on 13th April 2007, 4664 ordinary shares in the companyfor the participants of the Charles Stanley Share Incentive Plan.
