Caledonia Investments PLC29 November 2007 Caledonia Investments plc Director/PDMR Shareholding Notification Caledonia Investments plc ("Caledonia") announces that, on 28 November 2007,family trusts of which William Wyatt and The Honourable Charles Cayzer, bothdirectors of Caledonia, are trustees, transferred beneficial ownership of 27,878Caledonia ordinary shares, representing 0.05% of Caledonia's total issuedordinary share capital (excluding shares held in treasury), to beneficiaries ofthe trusts. These transfers are transactions requiring disclosure by Mr Wyattand The Honourable Charles Cayzer in accordance with DR 3.1.4R(1)(a).
