UK Mail Group plc received notification that on 18 November 2014, Guy Buswell, a Director and person discharging managerial responsibility, ("PDMR"), purchased 18,310 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Shares") at a price of 405p per Share.

Following this purchase Guy Buswell holds voting rights attached to 286,117 ordinary Shares representing 0.52% of the issued share capital of the Company.
