Director/PDMR shareholding
Franchise Brands plc (AIM: FRAN), a multi-brand international franchisor, has been notified that on 12 August 2019, David Poutney, a Non-Executive Director of the Company and person discharging managerial responsibilities, purchased 28,090 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 83 pence per share.
Following this purchase, Mr Poutney now controls a total of 3,438,881 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 4.45 per cent. of the Company's current total voting rights.
