NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS
DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS
In accordance with DTR 3.1.2R, the Company was informed that on 28 May 2012, Mike Straughen, a director of the Company, transferred 50,000 shares being 0.013% of the issued share capital of the Company, by an off-market transaction at nil consideration, to his wife, Mrs Patricia Straughen.
Mrs Straughen is a connected person of Mr Straughen for the purposes of DTR 3.1.2R.
Following the transaction, Mrs Straughen holds 50,000 ordinary shares representing 0.013% of the issued share capital of the Company and Mr Straughen holds 51,974 ordinary shares representing 0.014% of the issued share capital of the Company, has a beneficial interest in 43,680 ordinary shares representing 0.012% of the issued share capital of the Company and holds 90,000 share options.
The Company's issued capital consists of 371,275,384 ordinary shares with voting rights.
