Vectura Group plc (LSE: VEC; "Vectura" or "the Company") confirms that on30 May 2019, the Trustee informed the Company of an award of Free Shares under the Vectura Group plc Share Incentive Plan 2006 to the following Executive Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial responsibility ("PDMRs"):

Beneficial ownership of the shares awarded will become available to each director on29 May 2022, subject to continuing employment, save in certain Good Leaver situations.
