Interserve Plc (the "Company") was notified on 8 October 2014 that the Trustees of the Interserve Share Incentive Plan 2009 had purchased on 8 October the following Ordinary Shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company at a price of 612.50 pence per share on behalf of the Executive Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs") listed below:
