Bovis Homes Group PLC - Director/PDMR Shareholding

On 1 November 2011 Bovis Homes Group PLC ("the Company") was notified that, on 24 October 2011, Mr David Ritchie, Chief Executive, transferred 39,650 ordinary shares of 50p each in the Company to Mr Ritchie's Pension Fund, the Ritchie Family Pension Trust.As a result of this transaction, there has been no change to Mr Ritchie's beneficial interest in the ordinary shares of Bovis Homes Group PLC.
