Macau Property Opportunities Fund30 October 2007 Macau Property Opportunities Fund Limited ("the Company") Shareholding in the Company The Board of Macau Property Opportunities Fund Limited received notificationtoday that Sniper Capital Limited ("Sniper Capital"), the Manager of theCompany, bought on 29 October 2007, a total of 262,500 ordinary shares ofUS$0.01 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 117 pence per Ordinary Share. The beneficial interest of Sniper Capital in the Company, following thistransaction, is 262,500 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.25% of the total issuedordinary share capital of the Company. Tom Ashworth, a non executive Director of the Company, is a shareholder anddirector of Sniper Capital and such company is a connected person of him. Inaddition, Mr. Ashworth currently has a beneficial interest in 750,000 OrdinaryShares.
