Notification of transaction by person discharging managerial responsibilities
The Company was notified today that Avril Palmer-Baunack, Executive Chairman, acquired 13,201 ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the capital of the Company at 189.378 pence per share.
Following this purchase, Avril Palmer-Baunack and persons closely associated with her hold 720,858 shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.09% of the issued share capital of the Company. Avril Palmer-Baunack also has an interest in 303,923 unvested shares in BCA's wholly owned subsidiary H.I.J Limited under the HIJ long term incentive scheme, formerly referred to as the Executive Founder Shares.
