Immunodiagnostic Systems Holdings PLC ("IDS") a specialist producer of manual and automated diagnostic testing kits and instruments for the clinical and research markets, announces that on 3 July 2019 it granted share options ("Options") to Paul Martin, Group Finance Director, to acquire a total of 30,000 ordinary shares of 2p each in the capital of the Company under the Company's Co-Investment Executive Share Option Scheme.
The Options have been granted with an exercise price of £1.80 and subject to the satisfaction of performance conditions vest after a period of 3 years. The Options are exercisable over the period of 10 years from the date of grant.
