The Company was notified on 18 March 2024 that Michael Probin, Non-executive Director of the Company, acquired 3,741 Ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company, through participation in the Company's Dividend Reinvestment Plan, at a price of 55.40 pence per Ordinary share. As a result of this purchase, Mr Probin's aggregate holding of shares in the Company is 83,601 Ordinary shares, representing 0.02% of the Company's issued share capital.
