Maxim Basov, a member of the Board of Directors of ROS AGRO PLC and CEO of Rusagro Group of Companies, on April 9 and 10 has bought 30,160 GDRs of ROS AGRO PLC. As the result of the transactions, current stake of Maxim Basov in the Company is 7.2% (excluding treasury shares).
