Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility (PDMR) Shareholding

The Company has been informed that on Monday 8th September 2008, Martin Riley, a PDMR of the Company, acquired 1270 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of £3.90 per share. 

Martin Riley's beneficial interest in the Company is now 2,832 Ordinary Shares, which represents approximately 0.004 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
