Exercise of Options - Long Term Incentive Plan 2008 ("LTIP")

The Director referred to above exercised nil cost unapproved options under the LTIP in 2013. The resulting shares were sold immediately as set out below. The shares were sold at a price of £10.045163 per share. The number of nil cost options that lapsed upon vesting is also detailed:
