Devro announces that on the 7th April 2010 Mr Paul Neep, a Non-Executive Director and a PDMR of the Company, acquired an interest in 3,875 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Shares") at a cost of 175.66p per Share. Mr Paul Neep now has an interest in 173,994 Shares equating to 0.11% of the issued share capital of the Company.
