The Company has received notification that Dominic Scriven, a director of the Company, purchased 42,000 ordinary shares in the Company on 11 December 2023 at an average price of £5.55 per share (for an aggregate price of £233,039.10).
Following this purchase, Dominic Scriven holds 178,423 ordinary shares in the Company.
