Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them (in accordance with the Market Abuse Regulations)
Utilitywise plc (AIM:UTW), a leading independent utility cost management consultancy, has been notified that on 31 October 2016 Brendan Flattery, Chief Executive Officer, acquired 60,000 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of £1.65369 per Ordinary Share (the 'Purchase').
Following the Purchase, Mr Flattery is interested in 60,000 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.076% of the issued share capital of the Company.
