Notification of Transaction by Director

Tarsus announces that it was notified on 20 November 2014 that on 19 November 2014 Douglas Emslie, Group Managing Director, transferred 120,762 ordinary shares of 5p each of the Company ("Shares") to his wife, Caroline Emslie, for nil consideration.

Douglas Emslie's beneficial interest in Shares remains unchanged at 1,022,396 Shares, representing approximately 1.01 per cent of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
