Bonmarche plc (the "Company") hereby notifies the market that, on 12 April 2017, Stephen Alldridge sold 16,938 ordinary shares of one pence each in the Company registered in the name of HDSL Nominees Limited at a price of 74p per ordinary share and subsequently on the same day purchased 16,798 ordinary shares at a price of 74.2p per ordinary share for the purpose of investing the ordinary shares in an ISA registered in the name of HDSL Nominees Limited. Following this transaction the beneficial interest of Stephen Alldridge is 507,213 ordinary shares.
