Fuller,Smith&Turner PLC18 July 2006 Fuller, Smith & Turner P.L.C Long Term Incentive Plan At its meeting today, 18 July 2006, the Remuneration Committee confirmed theawards under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP") which included thenotifiable awards set out below. All awards are over a combination of both £1 'A' ordinary and 10p 'B' ordinaryshares. The calculation of the awards was based on the closing price as at 17 July 2006,being £12.450 for 'A' shares and £1.245 (notionally) for 'B' shares. An award amounts to a contractual right to acquire an interest in sharesprovided the director/senior manager remains an employee at the thirdanniversary of the grant (the normal vesting date), and only to the extent thatthe performance condition attached to the scheme is met. This criteria is basedon a sliding scale which may result in less than the full award vesting.
